TASTING NOTES

Visual: Gold yellow with green tones and a clean and bright.
Nose: Good aromatic potency, aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and banana, with a touch of fresh herbs.
In Mouth: Fresh tropical flavors, balanced, with an enjoyable and a refreshing citric dry finish.
Food suggestions: Combines well with all fish and shellfish, salads.

VIOGNIER

Vi de la Terra, Mallorca

Type of wine: Dry wooded white
Harvest: August 2011
Varieties: 100% Viognier
Wine Making: Grapes are stemmed and then pressed. The juice is fermented in new French (Bertange and Nevers) 300 liter oak barrels. It is aged in the same barrels 20% for 4 months with its lees with batonage.
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol.

TASTING NOTES

The wine has a clear straw yellow color. The wine is elegant with floral aromas and flavor of stone fruit like apricot in particular. The wine finishes with coffee and toffee notes. This wine has body and is well rounded.

LAU ROSA

Varieties: 100% Viognier
Wine Making: Grapes are stemmed and then pressed. The juice is fermented in new French (Bertange and Nevers) 300 liter oak barrels. It is aged in the same barrels for 4 months with its lees with batonage.
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol.

TASTING NOTES

ANGEL NEGRE

Vi de la Terra, Mallorca

Type: Dry Red.
Varieties of grape: Manto Negro, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Geographic Location: Vineyards of Sa Basseta (Santa María Del Camí)
Harvest: Manual Collection
Elaboration: Maceration and fermentation at a Controlled temperature for 20 days and then aged in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.
Alcohol Level: 14% Vol.

TASTING NOTES

Visual: Tones of red cherry.
Nose: Fresh and alive intense aromas of red berries with touches of red liquorices and back tones of spices and toasted aromas prevailing from the oak barrels.
In Mouth: Balanced medium body red wine. Soft and sweet tannins that give structure and complexity that convert the wine into a seductive and easy to drink.
Food suggestions: Mediterranean style dishes such as, pastas, rice dishes, suckling pig and red meats.

GRAN SELECCIÓ

Varieties: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 15% Callet, 9% Manto Negro
Wine Making: Grapes are stemmed and have a maceration of skins at low temperatures. The grapes fermented at controlled temperatures for 21 days in stainless steel deposits with daily pump overs. The wine is pressed and aged in new 95%French and 5%American 300 liter oak barrels for 12 months.
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol.

TASTING NOTES

Ruby red with Garnet fringes with a clean high layer. Aromas of ripe wild berries such as currants, raspberries, and blackberries Slight mineral and mint notes giveway to nuances of toasted, smokey, toffee cream oak Velvety round, enjoyable initial entry to the mouth.
A full body wine with spiced plumy fruit, acidity and notable barrel tannins prevail.
The potent finish is long and dry.

SYRAH

TASTING NOTES

Very intense clean violet color. In the nose you have aromas of fresh mint, ripe fruits and hint of anise. The initial entry of the wine is smooth and fresh with ripe flavors of wild berries the barrel is well integrated resulting with smooth tannins.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

TASTING NOTES

The initial entry of the wine is smooth and fresh with ripe flavors of blackberries such as blackcurrants and plums.
The barrel is well integrated resulting with smooth tannins and a lingering cacao finish.

Visual: Rubi Red
Smell: Ripe aromas of wild bush berries such as Black currents, blackberries and Raspberries. Light spiced notes, hints of toasted wood, creamy toffee originating from the French Oak barrels
Taste: Balanced, velvety and elegant with a smooth entry. Invites to keep drinking. Round full body wine with plum flavors dominating. Good level of acidity with notable tannins derived from the Oak.
